Support Contracts

Middle Tennessee Computer Services also offers support contracts to residential and small business customers. Basically, it’s a contract that says you will use Middle Tennessee Computer Services exclusively to manage and maintain your computer systems, network, and printers.

Currently, our rate for this service is $25 per device on your network, and it is paid monthly. You can add one or all your devices to the maintenance plan at any time. Middle Tennessee Computer Services will provide tune-up services once a month, scheduled in advance with you, on each device. In the event that one of your devices has an issue while under the maintenance plane- don’t worry- you’re covered. This only covers software related issues. If you have a hardware device go bad, Middle Tennessee Computer Services will recommend what is needed, and once you purchase it, will install it at no charge to you.

By performing monthly maintenance on your devices, Middle Tennessee Computer Services can warn you beforehand if something is going to need to be replaced. Here is a quick summary:

Under Middle Tennessee Computer Services maintenance plan, you get the following:

• Monthly maintenance tune-ups for each device on your network.
• Centralized data backup of your data on all your computers/laptops.
• Security monitoring and services if needed.
• Antivirus solution to keep your computer(s) safe from viruses.
• Malware solution to keep your computer(s) safe from malware.
• Unlimited technical support and remote assistance when needed.
