My name is Michael Jenkins, and I am the owner, and technician for MIDTNCS. I have over 10 years of experience within the Information Technology arena, providing a wide array of support to individual, residential, and small business customers. I enjoy technology and the challenges it provides me. I also enjoy saving people money from these other over-priced, low-skilled, big-box stores. The whole reason I started this business is to help people save money. If you would like to experience superior customer service, at a fair and reasonable price, your next computer problem should come to me. There’s nothing to hide. If I can’t fix it- you don’t pay anything. If it’s not worth fixing, I’m not touching it. I don’t sell hardware parts, so if I say you need something, you truly need it, and I won’t make any commission from it. All of these things I have incorporated into by business to make it better for you, the customer. If you want it fixed properly the first time, bring it to me.
