Diagnostic Services

Middle Tennessee Computer Services offers free diagnostic services for all your devices. This diagnostic may be performed via phone, remotely, or in-person. When done by phone, keep in mind that Middle Tennessee Computer Services can only provide a diagnostic from what information you provide. It is best to have a diagnostic performed in-person, or remotely.

Diagnosing a specific problem is usually self-explanatory. Under most circumstances, you will have some type of symptom or error message that points towards the issue. Problems that come into play with many items today, is that one item acting up can make something else act up. For example, your computer may be slower than normal. Once your computer is examined, it is determined that you have a low amount of memory involved, low disk space, and spyware involved. The spyware is what really brought it to your attention, but the other issues have been on-going for some time.

Whatever your issue may be, as long as it is technical in nature, Middle Tennessee Computer Services will provide you with a completely free diagnostic. Once the diagnostic is performed, it will be determined at that time if you need specific services. If you do, then those services will be quoted. You have the choice to accept or deny the offer at that time. There is never an obligation to purchase any services.
